Each individual player may hold only one active account on the 5555ak platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. You may request closure of your 5555ak account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining PKR balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited within one business day. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations. 5555ak accepts no responsibility for delays caused by payment providers or network congestion.
Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (09:00–18:00 PKT, Monday–Friday) are processed on the same business day for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay. Bank transfer withdrawals complete within one business day. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification, and 5555ak reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the account, or to verified accounts in the player's own name.
All 5555ak transactions are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which 5555ak accepts no responsibility.
